-----Teflon stud bolts and electrical grounding
I have observed chemical plants standardizing on TFE coated bolts to hold together pipelines, which may or may not contain non-conductive flammable fluids. This practice does reduce corrosion, but is there a study showing the impact of using the TFE coated bolt and above ground pipeline bonding? With a non-metallic gaskets are used, the bolt is often the only electrical bonding path.

I'm a Teflon coater in Spain and I'll try to help you
Teflon* is a trademark from Dupont for all the PTFE products they produce, but for the application you are talking about, there is another american company Whitford Plastics that has a great experience in those fields.
Contact whitford, they have the answer you are looking for.
