Need a service to reduce hardness of steel parts

RFQ: I have got steel parts having 58-64 HRC hardness.
Now I would like to reduce the hardness from 58-64 HRC to 25-35 HRC.
I would like to know who could do this job & what shall be the price for same.
I have got about 8000 Kg or 17,600 LBS material.
Shall appreciate your reply.

Q. We are manufactures of Galvanised Iron Wire in India, since 2008. Our query is my product harness increasing at the time for storage. What is the procedure for control hardness.
