Hi, Anoop. We can't suggest the parameters that should be held for the process until you tell us what process you have in mind. Iron phosphate, zinc phosphate, and other pretreatments have different operating temperatures, suggested concentrations, different number of steps, etc. Please tell us the metal you wish to treat, what you intend to do with it after the pretreatment, and what environment you expect it to be exposed to. If you already pretreat metal, tell us what you do. Thanks.
