-----Automatic Chemical Analysis of Nickel Sulfamate
My product is produced by Nickel Electroforming using Nickel Sulfamate as the solution. I here pros and cons on using Automatic Chemical Analysis. What is the industry take on the technology?

It is very expensive technology. A sulfamate tank that is operated correctly rarely needs anything but water on a regular basis and a bit of sulfamic acid

eBay
or
Amazon [affil link] for pH control a few times a week. Boric is not consumed and your dragout is normally very low for electroforming. Does it analyze for anti pit?
In short, is it worth the financial cost? It needs to be calibrated regularly, and you can probably do an analysis in a bit more time. Does the automatic have an OH-OH protection to preclude a massive unneeded addition?
