Infrared proofing for clothing

Hi. I'm looking into products that can be applied to cloth to greatly reduce IR/THERMAL detection to military grade yet still keep the cloth flexile enough to wear. Can anyone point me in the right direction please. I'm based in Hereford, so a UK solution would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, RTP
