Want thick layer passivate for zinc plating

We need to coat a thick layer RoHS-compatible yellow passivate on Zinc plating with high corrosion.

We tried Perma Pass 3082, but the color isn't a nice yellow; sometimes it's reddish or very light yellow

Maybe you know of another liquid for cold-operating layer passivate for zinc?

Hi, Izhar. Unless I am misreading something, Perma Pass 3082 is a "Transparent/Iridescent Blue" conversion coating, not a thick yellow one. Perma Pass 3095 is a thick trivalent yellow. There are many other conversion coatings from your supplier, and many other brands and trade names, but we don't recommend particular brands. Good luck.
