Looking for information on spec MFZn13TC

Wondering if someone knows what spec MFZn13TC calls for. I think it is a Honda/Japan spec. And that it calls for Zinc but I'm unsure what the TC means. I have been unable to find any information on this. If anyone knows and can answer this I would appreciate it. Thank You.

Yes, Denise, this sounds like a Japanese (JIS) specification. I'd try looking in JIS H-8610 and JIS H-8625.
