Matte tin finish vs bright tin finish [New York]

Other than the obvious difference between a bright tin plate finish and a matte tin plate finish, what are the corrosion resistance, electrical resistance and mechanical differences between the two finishes?

Hi, Thomas. The big difference is that the matte tin is more solderable because it does not have organic brighteners to interfere.

SOME THEORIES CLAIM THAT MATTE TIN HAS LESS WHISKERS PHENOMENON
BECAUSE HE HAS LESS TENSION STRESS.
ANYWAY IS EASIER TO SOLDER
