-----Need info on Powder Coating benefits to Mitigate Heat
Where can I locate literature on how well powder coated steel mitigates heat, or compares to other cooler materials like plastics or fiberglass? We produce transit shelters in Phx AZ, (100+ degrees lots of days May-Sept). Provide links, etc. if you reply.

Good luck on finding that information. You might find a formula and factors for thermal conductivity of your particular steel and then subtract how much heat it will absorb before transferring.
Then minor factors like angle to the sun, outside temperatures. air volume contained, thickness of the powder coat, its reflective properties and K.
To say the least, you are into a wild calculus problem that I doubt if you can quantify many of the factors through a day.
In short, it will be like an oven.
