Browsing through a few of the 5000-odd Google hits for the stuff, it becomes clear that you must avoid any contact of any kind, or you will die.

Sounds as though you should contact some biological research establishments, some of which use it in their experimentations, so you can pass it on to a place that knows about it and can handle it properly.
