Vibration finishing machine on SS 2B finish sheet
We have one machine for vibration finishing on SS 2B sheets. But we are having problems with vertical lines/bars and final product seems to be various finish through out width.
we have tried with different brushes like, sanding paper, scotch brite ( hard and soft both), net cloth abrasive. Can somebody guide us what would be the appropriate type of machine/method to achieve this type of finish?

? It sounds more like a wide belt sander than a vibratory system. If I am wrong, please clarify. If it is a belt sander, I suggest you consult manufacturer. The soft pad system should take care of the problem
