How to extract silver from tin dross?

Dear all, I would like to ask process to Extract Silver from Tin dross. My brother works with a company that produces Tin products; they want to extract any valuable metal from dross. I want to help him because I'm learning about Metallurgical engineering but I have no idea for extracting it.
