I have a customer that is asking for Anodize satin mask, black
spec is standard black anodize.....what makes "satin mask" finish?
How do we achieve this finish?

Are sure it is not 'matte' rather than 'mask'?
Ask your customer for a sample of what he is referring to. Satin and matte are not high luster, but still not the same as each other.
