-----Copper Roof over bay window destroyed by brick mortar acid wash?
While building my house ten years ago the bricklayers washed the bricks with sulfuric acid. That immediately turned the new bay window shiny copper roof to a rust brown. Would it be possible to in anyway bring back the copper finish or should I just refinish it with a Green Patina paint/finish. I been reading about the green patina finishes but not having seen what they look like I am confused. Do they really look like an aged copper roof?
Thanks for your reply or recommendation.
