Bright finish

Hi,
I've recently started having problems with getting a bright finish on my nickel stencil.I've tried adding NTSA but this has done nothing to eliminate the problem, any suggestions.

Greg, the fellow platers are not mind readers. You have told us nothing about your process and the parameters you maintain, so what are we to do? guess? Garbage in, garbage out.
