Aluminum extrusions marred with black spots by graphite runout beam

I am in aluminium extrusion business and I am facing problem of black spots which are being generated at Run out beam which is made of Graphite block. I can not replace downline due to capex related issue. How can I remove black spot from the surface automatically without manual labour?

Please suggest.
