Need Help with setting up a Surface Temper Etch Line

I have been set the task of setting up a surface temper etch line for industrial gears. I am looking for technical assistance / a company that can provide a "turn key" solution on the West Coast of Canada. Can anyone provide assistance of the name of a company that can provide the project knowledge and subsequent service
