Will Ameron 2/400 adhere to sandblasted Inconel?

We're work on offshore platform and there's quite of Inconel piping and wanted to know if the Inconel piping was sandblasted can Ameron 2/400 be applied and have a good adhesion?

Sounds like it would be fine. However not mentioned on data sheet. Can you contact PPG Ameron tech people?
