Segment of aluminum piano hinge needs a black anodized finish

I have a 13" segment of aluminum piano hinge that needs a black anodized finish. I am looking for an inexpensive finisher; best case scenario would be a small job shop without a costly minimum charge, in the greater Seattle area or Pacific Northwest. I will ship the part if expedient. Suggestions will be appreciated.
