Anodizing and molding

We are anodizing 60-61 aluminum black to mil spec A8625. The part is molded into a rubber mask. Recently our customer is having trouble with the molding. We have never had a problem previous to this, and we have not changed anything in our process and the part is meeting all of the spec requirements. Is there something we are missing?

Sorry, Rob, but I don't have any idea what you mean by the customer is having trouble. I think you need to clarify that as the first step.
