Chemicals for brightening of ss components?

Dear Sir,
We are manufacturing deep drawn parts, and we need to brighting in inner and outer part of our components, will you suggest best solution. (thickness should not vary may up .5 micron).

You can use electrolytic etching process for brightness of your steel parts. Use the solution of HCl and Glycerin in lead tank. You will get the good result.
