Gold Plating Over Low Percentage of Gold Alloy

Hello,

We are goldsmith small enterprise that are looking for gold plating technology or equipment to coat low percentage gold alloy (25-30% content of gold jewelry), so the color of the gold jewelry will last longer at least 3 - 5 years wearing it everyday.

Does anyone know the technology or equipment to do it. I want to purchase the plating equipment if it's available. Does anyone know of PVD Titanium nitrides over 25 - 30% of gold alloy for jewelry or any other suggestions for increasing the wearability/durability of gold color ?

HI,

First of all PVD system is very costly, I think for you 20 liters capacity tanks are ok for starting.

Search on internet there are so many companies.
