Blisters on Zinc Plated Sheet Metal

Dear Sir,
We are in sheet metal parts, wherein zinc plating is carried out simultaneously,
in past 1 year we had a problem of BLISTERING, and this was stopped due to stabilization of processes, recently we have observed this problem back.
So, could you guide me to do root cause analysis on blister occurrence.
do share with me your experience for such kind of problems.

Hi, Kirtikumar. The single most common cause of blistering would be inadequate cleaning.
