How to electroform a silver busbar on ITO coated glass?

I have an ITO coated glass plate in which I want to put a silver busbar around for contact. How do I put a busbar? Where can I buy the silver and how can I spray the silver around? Is there a standard spray equipment to use? Does silver needs heat treatment after the spray?

Hi, Gener. It would take you several months of full time work to develop such a process if you have not done plating before. I can't explain it all briefly enough to suit a public forum, but you could start with our recommended plating books. Fortunately there are plating jobshops who would be pleased to plate your ITO components for you. Good luck.
