Black patch problem at mcd in alkaline zinc rack plating system




Hi I am Devendra and I am facing a black patch problem at middle current density area in alkaline non cyanide zinc rack and no brightener/additive is helping us.

Dear sir,

Black patches can be removed easily, please briefly about the issue whether this black patch occurs in all the component or particular component in specified area,

whether the thickness distribution is same,

if you explain we could suggest the solution for you.
