Electroforming Classes for Artists?

I am interested in taking some electroforming classes using organic objects, such as leaves, flowers, pine cones, etc. I have not had any success in locating any beginner classes. Also, would like to learn how to plate or what is sometimes called "dipping" leaves, etc. I am in Chattanooga, TN and hope to find some place not too far, but would travel for the right class. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
