-----Sodium chloride piping
Our company is a general contractor here in the Philippines...it is our first time to encounter a sodium chloride piping.our costumer required us to use PTFE pipes, but we don't have these kind of pipes here in the philippines.I'm thinking of using substitute pipes if possible.
1. can we use SS pipe as substitute for the PTFE pipe?
2. can we use PVC pipe as substitute for the PTFE pipe?

We have been using HDPE tanks and pipes for brine solution
(saturated NaCl solution) for water softening application.
uPVC / cPVC may be used. Avoid SS. Other options can be MS with rubber or FRP lining.
Check out which one is readily available at your place and what best fits your budget.

Sorry! Finishing.com is temporarily Read-Only.
Ted Mooney is retiring but I have several offers to take it over.
We're working hard to make sure we find it the best new home.
