Blackening fabricated steel handrails

We are fabricating different types of architectural steel handrails for big malls and buildings. We have a situation where one of our customers is demanding fabricated handrails to be supplied just in black color without any further painting etc. Can you suggest me any cold (room temperature) blackening system using brush or spray gun as we cannot adopt the method of dipping the finished product as they are too long in size.

Hi, Rajan. They will not be satisfactory. Cold blackening is a smutty coating and will not hold up as a handrail. You can search for a very matte black paint while explaining that they must be painted.
