Improving quality in gold plating and better way to do 1 gm

Respected sir,
We are doing imitation jewellery as copper as base metal in a six month guarantee.v would like to improve our quality in low cost.also we are planning to introduce 1gm gold. So can you please suggest better way to do 1 gm in a low scale budget with maximum quality.I wish you ll reply asap.

Hi, Vijayan. Hopefully someone else will understand your question and be able to help. I'm just advising I don't know what you want. You've told us almost nothing about your plating process but ask what you are doing wrong :-)
