Customer gave us new requirement for trivalent yellow




My customer has a new requirement for trivalent yellow, as below:
1) salt spray test 50 hours .
2) 80°c/98%humidity 48 hours.no white or red rust allowed in both cases.
my question is anyone can help me to fulfill this requirement?
my plating process is alkaline zinc plating.thanks

Sir,
Trivalent yellow passivation on alkaline zinc easily passes salt spray test 50 hrs. Please contact your local plating chemical suppliers.
