What are the effects of a titanium frame MOX anode in trivalent chrome bath

I would like to know what will happen to a trivalent bath if titanium is used to frame a MOX anode and the titanium is immersed in the bath. Can I do a test in hull cell and place titanium put Current through and measure the oxidised titanium in trivalent chrome?
