I want to retain RoHS complaint from brass with nickel plated parts

July 25, 2008

I asked my manufacturer to produce RoHS compliant parts. Initially they give all in RoHS spec; after six month I had random check in their parts; I am shocked parts all got RoHS complaints. How can I retain RoHS compliance in finished product.

Part Name:Hex Nut.
Material:Brass
Finishing:Nickel

Please suggest me to move forward

Thanks

Hi, Senthil. Your problem is probably so clear in your mind that you leave everything left unsaid. Unfortunately we readers don't know what the issue is. In what way to the parts not meet RoHS requirements? Nickel and brass are not a problem with RoHS.
