Dear Sir,
Kindly suggest me the adequate Roll Diameters for Entry & Exit section of accumulator & Briddle for Galvanizing 1.2mm Thick & 1050mm Wide Strip.
Also, kindly suggest me Zinc-Lead-Flux percentage or weight(Kg) for 120 Gm/Sq. Mtr. Coating at 90MPM Line Speed.

Hi, Prabal. Please remember that this is a place of camaraderie where you are trying to induce a peer to share some knowledge with you before he simply moves on to the next thread instead. My experience from posting hundreds of thousands of inquiries here over the past 15 years is that you will increase the likelihood of a response by a hundredfold by sharing something yourself before asking strangers to share something with you :-)
Please try to phrase your inquiry in a way that reveals something that you have learned about roll diameters or percentage compositions or line speeds before moving on to what you don't yet know. Thanks!
Regards,

Ted Mooney, P.E.
