Hi Kent,
Tin plated bronze should not corrode. As far as oxidation goes, and at what temperature, depends on the tin plating thickness, purity, and the quality of the bronze (alloy make up).

The tin will oxidize with time and conditions. The bronze would have a problem only if the tin was too thin or poorly applied or the conditions are too harsh for it.

Tin may corrode in presence of chlorides at room temperature. G. Marrufo-Mexico
