Liquid painting done on automobiles

Hi

I m vikrant sharma . I want detail parameters and process about liquid painting done on automobile vehicle like cars , etc.

1 Pretreatment process including all tanks and process name and its effect on metal body and technical parameters like pressure, temperature and electro depositing process with detail and its effect.

2. baking oven temperature and its baking type

3. paint booth detail and about paint thickness.

4. and about defects occurring during liquid painting and its troubleshooting and how to remove the defects

5. and instruments used.

Hi, Vikrant. The shortest path to learning would probably be to visit an automotive collision repair shop for 2 or 3 days to get a general feel for what is involved in automotive refinishing. Someone could perhaps recommend a series of books, or a university with a degree path in automotive finishing that would answer your questions, but I have an entire shelf of books just on paint testing. Your questions could not be even half answered in 3 months of full time work :-)
