Die banking and corrosion issues: Semiconductors

Has anyone seen time dependent corrosion take place on aluminum metallized wafers after they have been stored in a die bank?

Hi, Peter. Have you? I don't quite understand the parameters here -- aluminum, like most other metal surfaces, oxidizes and corrodes over time.
