Hexavalent nickel chrome plating peel off on SS 409




We have been conducting hexavalent NiCr plating on MS silencers, we have now doing the same process on SS silencers by adding a Woodstrike. However, the plating peel off has started happening since this change

Hi, Hemant. In my estimation you are probably doing something wrong with the Wood's Nickel strike; or perhaps you are delaying too long before applying the nickel plating.
