April 9, 2008

Dear sir/madam,
My name is Sandeep and I am doing electroplating work including nickel-chrome plating, silver plating in hotel industry from many years on a very small scale. now as I told I am dealing with hotel industry what can I do to improve my quality. Actually when we do silver plating on cutlery (like on bowl) having deep scratches silver do not come in scratches so the item do not reach the expectation of client. please give me some instruction so that I could improve my quality.

thanks

Sandeep,
If you want to improve quality, can't you buff out the scratches before plating? If the silver is not plating in the crevices or "scratches" the piece is probably not clean enough prior to plating. Removing the scratches would be your best bet Sandeep.
