-----Titanium Anodize Thickness
How thick a titanium anodize coating is possible? Can it get to the point where surface appears white? Process details please.

There are two general type of titanium anodizing, a decorative type to give diffraction colors for jewelry and such, which is done in coke-a-cola or TSP; and heavy anodizing for galling resistance and wear resistance, which is done in an alkaline solution per AMS 2488. That's probably what you want. I don't know the maximum thickness offhand but would expect it to be grey rather than white, although one reader in another thread said it could vary from yellowish to bluish depending on alloy.
