Is it possible to galvanize a Plastic Frisbee?
I am interested in learning if it is possible to use an advanced plating process to coat a frisbee, a plastic item, with some sort of metal finish.

I would suggest vacuum metallising followed by an air-drying clear coat.

If I start with a piece of plastic that is 165 grams what will the additional weight be? And will this increase or decrease the aerodynamics of the disc?

The coating that Terry suggests would probably include an organic base coat, and a very very thin coating of aluminum, and an organic topcoat. You have probably seen reflective mylar helium balloons; the additional weight would be very little but would depend on how much durability you required.
