Concentration and temperatures?

What is the maximum temperature I can take my tanks to before the acid boils and burns off or evaporates water? We currently run our tanks at 170 ± 10 degrees, the problem is that I'm always on the low end usually holding 155-160 degrees, how hot can I actually get my tanks? what will be the results? We typically run with a 6-7% Concentration in tank 4, would increasing the concentration or temperatures result in faster line speeds? I am struggling for answers, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, Kevin, but I don't know what process you are referring to. Is this a zinc phosphating process and tank 4 is the zinc phosphate itself?
