Colour change on OFC copper material on heat treatment

(2000)

On heating OFC material by 175 °C for 1 hour, some change to brown colour while some parts change to silver in colour. In the past, all the parts change to brown in colour.

Is it because of the change in composition in the copper base material or after reacting with a specific type of chemical? The outlook before the heat treatment are the same for both brown and silver colour parts. Best Regards, Tatianna
