Fixing crater problem in paint due to defoamer

Dear
we found whenever add exta defoamer, paint will face crator problems; so what we should do to re-condition it.

The defoamer you are using is probably a silicone based product. Minute particles of silicone will float a very long way in the air and contaminate paint, the metal to be coated, air-lines, etc. Try another type of defoamer, oil based or ask your supplier to give you a less aggressive silicone based product.
