Costing of ED coating

Dear sir,

can anyone help me to tell what will be the approximate costing per sq meter of ED coating on an auto component which includes a.pretreatment, b.paint c.and energy consumption.

(note the labour cost will be calculated at our end.

CED cost per sq.mt is 100 - 120 rupees per sq.mt including of manpower cost at Chennai.

But the capital investment is more.
