The best, inexpensive sheet metal for electrical conductivity

I'm looking for the best, inexpensive sheet metal for electrical conductivity. I'm making a small Negative Ion Generator and I want to put a removable grounded dust collection plate(s) in it. I guess the metal sheet has to highly conductive metal. Do you know what I could use for this? Is it possible to use stainless steel sheet with copper bolts and washers holding it down (grounding it)?

Sorry, I don't understand what you are describing. But copper is far more conductive than stainless steel, roughly 10X so.
