Satin finishing stainless pipe in long sections

I run a fairly small polish shop in Wichita KS. I have a customer who wants a satin finish (16 micron approx. on some long pieces of stainless pipe 1.5 inch 24 feet long. I have done a lot of satin on aluminum and stainless , but none over 12 ft or so. Any help on the best way to tackle this would be appreciated. The customer has a large quantity of these so hand-type process is not practical.

For speed and efficiency I suggest you build a pass through system of 4 power rolls in set of 2. You can manually push or pull tubing through these rollers and wheels of either non-woven wheels or soft wire wheels. Problem will be to achieve and duplicate finish he is looking for.
