-----Antiquing nickel-plated beads
I'm trying to find a way to make bright, shiny nickel-plated beads DULL. I am trying to match some beads- that I cannot find- to a necklace created in Mexico 20+ years ago. Is there a way to do this?

I think you're unlikely to be able to dull the nickel plating and will only destroy it if you use chemicals or sandpaper, but you could try an antiquing wax rub (Rub n Buff ⇦ on eBay or Amazon [affil link] ). Good luck.
