Technical info of nikasil coating

I would like to get some details to make "nikasil" plating myself.Actually I have complete line of plating, I know a lot of process and chemicals, but I need some infos to mask cylinder to obtain a good quality of plating?
Is anybody could help me?I would be happy to help someone about nikasil plating.

Hello Jerome. Actually "Nikasil" is a trademark of Mahle and you cannot do it or claim you offer it without a license. However, there are other companies who offer nickel silicon carbide plating processes or do nickel silicon carbide plating.
