Zinc Generator for Acid Zinc
Is it possible to have a zinc generator for sulfuric acid base high speed zinc bath? The pH of our current bath range from 1 to 3. I would even accept a zinc generator where DC current is used to help generate the zinc. If so, what kind of inert anodes material can be used?

Generator tanks are usually used on alkaline systems, Karl, to limit the amount of zinc in solution. By putting the zinc anodes in this separate tank, you can allow the zinc to dissolve to its solubility limit and feed in just enough of the solution to maintain the zinc level in the main tank to the level you want.
You seem to want to use a generator arrangement in the opposite mode, accelerating the amount of zinc going into solution? Am I following?
