Polishing and Lacquering a brass wine jug

Q. Hi,
I would like to polish and lacquer my 5 foot tall brass wine jug. It has colored flowers and design on it. What can I use to polish it without damaging it. Thanks

Hi Yasmine,
We have both a metal polish to shine it up as well as a protectant on eBay or Amazon [affil link] to keep it sealed once your done.
But no matter who's polish you use, try to avoid the painted areas, because the process will most likely cause damage.

Ted Mooney is retiring but I have several offers to take it over.
We're working hard to make sure we find it the best new home.
